Reservations + Billing

Before proceeding with your booking, please note the important information below.

Upon check in, all reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Upon departure, guests may make final payment for charges with the credit cards noted above, cash or check.

Campus departments and Club members have additional payment options, as detailed below.

Recharge for Campus Departments

If you are campus staff wanting to pay for a guest's stay via departmental recharge, please follow these instructions after clicking the "BOOK NOW" button:
- On the "Booker Details" page, please enter your name as the booker and your guest's information under "Guest Details".
- The confirmation email will be sent to you. If you would like a confirmation email to be sent directly to your guest, please make a note in the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field.
- In the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field, please enter the name of your department and the recharge number you will be using (8-XXXXXX-XXXXX).

Charge to Department Member Account
If you are a Department Member wanting to use your department membership to reserve and pay for a guest's stay via your Club account, please follow these instructions after clicking the "BOOK NOW" button:
- On the first page of the reservation form, enter your Guest House discount code in the "Promotion Code" field to receive the member rate. This code can be found by logging into the private member website and going to the "Stay" section.
- One of the two authorized reservers for your department must submit the reservation.
- On the "Booker Details" page of the reservation, the authorized reserver should enter their name as the booker and enter the guest's information under "Guest Details".
- The confirmation email will be sent to the authorized booker. If you would like a confirmation email to be sent directly to the guest, please make a note in the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field.
- In the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field, please enter the name of your department and your department member number.

Charge to Individual Member Account
If you are an Individual Member wanting to use your personal membership to reserve and/or pay for a guest's stay, please follow these instructions after clicking the "BOOK NOW" button:
- On the first page of the reservation form, enter your Guest House discount code in the "Promotion Code" field to receive the member rate. This code can be found by logging into the private member website and going to the "Stay" section.
- On the "Booker Details" page of the reservation, please enter your name as the booker and enter the guest's information under "Guest Details".
- The confirmation email will be sent you. If you would like a confirmation email to be sent directly to your guest, please make a note in the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field.
- In the "Affiliation and Additional Booking Notes" field, please enter your membership number and note whether you would like to pay for the stay via your Club account or if your guest will be paying for their stay upon check out. NOTE: If no payment method is indicated, the stay will be charged to your Club membership account.
