By completing one of our application forms, you are applying for membership in The Club & Guest House and agreeing:

to a 6-month commitment (for individuals) and 1-year commitment (for campus departments or groups; charged annually July 1)
that all monthly dues and charges are due upon receipt of monthly statements and invoices
to submit full payment of the amounts due upon receipt of a statement or invoice
that you are liable for all charges and dues through the month of resignation as a member
that resignations are effective on the last day of the month in which written notice is received
that this membership is non-transferable

Please note, memberships are processed on a monthly basis. Your membership will be effective the 1st of the month after you apply.
